ASA Webinar
January 30, 2012 – 4:00p EST/1:00p PST AND 7:00p EST/4:00p PST
ASA is a foundational level course for the animal science pathway of the CASE program of study. This course teaches students about the form and function of animals and related aspects of production. The webinar will focus on what is unique about the CASE approach to teaching a beginning animal science course. CASE instruction relies on activities, projects, and problems, rather than stand-and-deliver lecture to teach students the important concepts of animal science.
Prior to the webinar please review the curriculum materials posted on the CASE website at http://case4learning.org/curriculum/agricultural-science-animal.html. These materials will help you follow the presentation of the curriculum materials during the webinar.
